Human Capital Readiness

The Federal Government is one of the largest employers in South Florida. Our employees work, live and play in the surrounding communities. As such, the Humanitarian, Innovation and Philanthropic (HIP) Committee is tasked with managing the federal government efforts to give back to the local community, through community projects such as food drives, toy drives, habitat housing, and youth projects, etc.


Committee members meet once a month for 1-2 hours.
